Why I Started This Business

I’m a longtime tech enthusiast with a professional background in product management and a passion for smart home innovation. I have a knack for making complex systems easy to use.

I earned a Bachelor’s & Master’s in Information Science from UNC Chapel Hill, specializing in user-centric design—so making technology intuitive and people-focused is at the heart of everything I do.

Over the years, I found myself constantly helping friends and family troubleshoot their smart homes—figuring out why lights weren’t responding, why the thermostat wouldn't sync, or how to automate a nightly routine.

I realized most people don’t need more devices—they just need someone to help make it all work together.
